Meeting Facilities

Westerbeke Ranch is a unique alternative to the usual hotel or resort atmosphere. Acres of unspoiled beauty and filled with the spirit of our Early California heritage. The Ranch has been a favorite location for business meetings, personal growth seminars, yoga retreats, and gatherings of all kinds.

Our three meeting rooms are situated on the property in a fashion that allows for easy access and privacy. All rooms have stereos, bottled water, adjacent bathrooms, chairs, tables, backjacks, pillows, and adjustable, incandescent, lighting. You may order additional equipment such as easels, televisions, overhead projectors, and screens through the office prior for a nominal fee. Casa Nueva

Casa Nueva is our most spacious meeting space and is located near the pool and dining room. It has oak flooring, an open beam ceiling, a breakout room, overhead fans, and large sliding doors that open to view the gardens and pool.

At 1400 square feet, Casa Nueva is most requested by larger group meetings, yoga retreats, and dance groups. It can casually seat up to 50 in a circle with backjacks and pillows, up to 60 sitting at conference tables, and up to 120 with classroom style seating.

Casa Vista is nestled on the hillside above the pool area and has a wonderful view. It is 1000 square feet and has oak flooring, a large redwood deck, and overlooks our Celtic labyrinth as well.

Casa Vista is our only air-conditioned meeting room and casually seats up to 35 in a circle with backjacks and pillows, 45 seated at conference tables, and up to 65 with classroom style seating. This room is most requested by groups who are doing yoga and those who require the most privacy.

The Chapel

The Chapel is also located on the hillside above the pool area. This unique circular room is a converted water storage tank with carpeting, soft lighting, and offers a quiet space for meditation and gatherings requiring a peaceful atmosphere.

The Chapel is 30 feet in diameter and is 700 square feet and can casually seat up to 30 in a circle with backjacks and pillows, 40 seated at conference tables, and up to 60 with theater style seating. With a creative floor plan, we can accommodate up to 80 plus guests for a wedding.

Ropes Course
In additional to your meeting agenda, your group might benefit from Westerbeke Ranch’s onsite Ropes Course. This experiential learning facility is renown for its ability to build team cooperation, self-esteem, and confidence. An experienced staff will design an experience to meet the needs of your group.
